Swim: You will start by your estimated swim time. The start is at the beach and exit under the white tent. Triangle course.
Beginner Swim: 300 Yards
Bike: 21.3 miles of rolling hills. There are a few tough ones in the front end but the back end of the course is FAST.
Run: 3 mile run that takes you through the Heritage Subdivision.
The Run Course is some what hilly. It is a 3 mile course with water stations after each mile. There are 2 fingers on the course. The first is at the top of the first hill and the second is about .5 miles from the finish. The second finger is short.
